Wouldn't this make a great gift for a student, or a commuter? The machine brews right into the thermal travel mug and then shuts itself off, so your favorite coffee lover can simply grab and go!

Comment: I love the concept. It's a great product. Truly. My one problem is that water has gotten in between the walls of the cup and I can't successfully drain it. Other than this, it is fast and makes a great cup of coffee. If I set it up the night before and pour filtered water in, all I have to do in the morning is press the button and in minutes, it's ready to go!

Comment: the travel cup 'doesn't fit' into the coffee pot smoothly, you have to kind of 'force' it. AND? the coffee, within 6 miles, is now luke warm...it is NOT one I would suggest, unless they come up with an 'insulated' cup..I enjoy HOT coffee, not luke warm.

Comment: Great coffeemaker for the price. I purchased 2 to get free shipping. Others in the stores go voe over $50, this was 2 for $35!! And it works great. Has a screen filter so you do not need a paper filter.
It could use a place to insert the Jamison Irish Wiskey automatically so as to make a better Irish Coffee
